IMPORTANT: Our seminars are for information only and are designed for people who are currently
in pre-foreclosure and about to go into some form of foreclosure.  We are not Attorneys or CPA's, yet
we may have both attorneys and CPA's present at our seminars to answer more delicate questions. 
We ask that only those who are on the deed or the spouse of a deed holder attend the seller seminars
as we wish to be able to assist as many people that our seminars as possible.

We will notify you of the next seminar as we are having seminars a minimum of once a month
depending on the demand and we are trying limit our size to 10-12 couples only as we want to
give you plenty of personal attention and be able to answer all your questions.

Seller Seminars:  We will give you the steps to doing a short sale and how it will affect you and
your credit.  We will also let you know the length of the process and how you can assist in this
process.  We take you from Who can do a Short Sale to what happens at the closing of a Short
Sale and everything in between.  Normal Time of Seminar 1 hour plus question period.

Buyer Seminars:  We give you the steps to buying a short sale property and how it can be done
and all the time needed to complete one.  Who can buy a short sale and is a short sale the best
